Squirt AA, A, B:
League games start in October.
Peewee AA:
The Wilkes-Barre/Scranton Jr. Knights got off to a 2-0 start in league play, beating the Exton Kings 5-4 on Saturday to build on a 5-2 victory over the DE Ducks last weekend. But the Warwick Wildcats brought the Knights back to earth with a 4-0 victory on Sunday.
Peewee A:
Delco Phantoms 1 scored two big victories this weekend, beating Palmyra 4-3 and following that up with a 14-2 victory over the Ice Dogs. The loss was Palmyra's first of the young season - they are 2-1 in the early going. Kings Red split two games this weekend beating the DE Stars 8-7, then losing 8-2 to the Blazers. In other action, Regency beat the Jr. Blue Hens 6-2 on Saturday and York beat Quakers 2 on Sunday by a score of 8-1.
Peewee B:
In a rare Friday night tilt, it was Snider Orange over Snider White by a score of 7-3. Snider White followed up the loss with a pair of ties against the Lehigh Valley Flames (2-2) on Saturday and the Kings Black (6-6) on Sunday. In other action, the Valley Forge Colonials beat the Quakers by a score of 4-1, Palmyra beat Delco Phantoms 2 6-0, and it was Delco Phantoms 1 over Snider Orange 10-3.
Bantam AA:
The Lehigh Valley Flames split a pair of games this weekend, dropping a 3-2 decision to the Ice Dogs on Saturday before scoring a 4-1 win over the Delco Phantoms on Sunday. It was the Blazers over the Haverford Hawks 4-2 on Saturday, and the Grundy Senators beat Wissahickon 5-2 on Sunday.
Bantam A:
In action on Saturday, the Delco Phantoms beat the DE Ducks 8-3, Grundy beat Wissahickon by a 6-0 score, Palmyra topped Snider Hockey 7-2, and it was York over the Quakers 2 by a score of 3-1. Rough weekend for the VF Colonials dropping a pair of decisions to the Ice Dogs (4-0) and Quakers 1 (7-0). Lancaster and the Jr. Pens skated to a 4-4 tie on Sunday morning.
Bantam B:
Big weekend for the Regency Panthers, winning 5-2 over the VF Colonials on Saturday and 9-2 over the Lehigh Valley Flames on Sunday. The VF Colonials also dropped a 6-0 decision to the Jr. Pens on Sunday. The Jr. Pens were coming off a 3-3 tie Saturday with Grundy. In other action, Snider Hockey and the Glaciers tied 3-3 and Palmyra beat Delco 6-4 on Saturday.
Midget 16 AA:
The Ice Dogs Blue won a pair of games with a 6-0 win over Delco on Saturday and a 2-1 win over the Jr. Pens on Sunday. The VF Colonials were on the other side of the fence, dropping a 4-3 decision to the Quakers 2 on Saturday and losing 8-1 to the Ice Dogs White on Sunday.
Midget 16 A:
The Delco Phantoms scored a pair of victories - 4-2 over the VF Colonials on Saturday and 5-2 over the Lehigh Valley Flames on Sunday. The Ice Dogs Blue took 3 out of 4 points with a 4-4 tie with Snider Hockey White on Saturday and an 8-1 win over the VF Colonials on Sunday. Grundy beat the Exton Kings on Sunday by a 6-3 score.
Midget 18 AA:
Two games on Saturday - Lehigh Valley Flames dropped a 3-0 decision to Grundy and the Ice Dogs beat Delco 7-2. On Sunday the DE Ducks and Lehigh Valley Flames skated to a 4-4 tie.
Midget 18 A:
In the only game of the weekend, the VF Colonials beat Snider Hockey by a score of 4-1.
